HOW DO YOU MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THEIR OWN INFLUENCE ON THE CITY OF THE FUTURE? IN DELFT, THINKING ALONG WITH THE CITY IS CERTAINLY NOT NEW. THE MUNICIPALITY HAS ALREADY ORGANISED SUCCESSFUL PARTICIPATION PROCESSES. BUT HOW DO YOU MAKE EVEN MORE PEOPLE FEEL INVOLVED IN THE FUTURE OF THE CITY?
By showing that they have an influence on their own living environment and inspiring them to actively participate and think of the future. By showing what is already there, what can be and by dreaming about what can come. And this through activities spread throughout the city with parts that would not be out of place at a festival. BRAND The Urban Agency has been working on the strategic content and asked me to develop a striking corporate identity with event logo + toolkit, posters with future dilemmas and other creative campaign expressions. This helped the involved partners to quickly and easily recruit their own participants.
