ImplantSens

ImplantSens is developing a new generation of glucose biosensors that record real-time glucose readings for diabetic patients. The goal is to market the glucose biosensor as a safe, durable and long-wearing design. ImplantSens is part of an international training network funded by the European Union: the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme.
We designed an online platform for ImplantSens, from which a corporate identity, website and campaign image were created. The platform was created for a group of international PHDs from various scientific fields such as protein engineering, electrochemistry, materials design and immunology. The PHDs are supervised by two professors and supported by an international team of experts. Each participating PHD examines a specific component of the glucose biosensors and publishes the outcome on the website. In this way, each PHD builds up a personal CV, which can later be used to find a job. In addition, the platform serves as a collection point for all publications and news about this new generation of glucose biosensors.
